ham & cheese, mushroom, smoked onion cream,
pickled veg

wood oven roasted brussels sprouts –
honey champagne glaze, herbs

“the wedge” salad –
bleu cheese crumbles, creamy herb dressing, crostini

tomato gazpacho –
burnt leek salsa verde, citrus oil

beef bourguignon shepherds pie –
parsnip, carrots, tomato and mashed potato

shrimp “dirty rice” risotto –
andouille sausage, peppers, creole tomatoes

roasted vegetable enchilada –
guajillo chili sauce, corn tortilla, cotija cheese

smoked pork tenderloin –
